EPC Celebrates 60th Anniversary at Annual John J. McAleavey Gala

The Eastern Produce Council hosted its annual John J. McAleavey Gala on Saturday, April 18, at the Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ, celebrating a major milestone: the organization’s 60th anniversary, having been founded in 1966.

The evening included a cocktail hour starting at 7 p.m., a dinner buffet, a performance by Kevin Lee, a comedic magician, and dancing against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. As the main fundraising effort of the Eastern Produce Council, the annual gala enabled it to continue supporting worthy causes and organizations in the produce industry and members’ communities.
