Leadership Program

A Professional Development Experience for Produce Professionals with less than 10 years of experience in the industry. The goal is to provide those selected for the program the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from both classroom and field experience.

Components of the Program within a Calendar Year

1. Two Field Visits

2. Food Safety Modernization Act Seminar

3. Rutgers Classroom Experience

4. New York Produce Show & Conference
